[CQ-Contest] CT by K1EA Program Installation

I tried to make the CT program web page a little bit more clear.

From the main web http://www.k1ea.com, follow the link "Download 
CT".  This replaces the old "Update CT" link.

The Download page has instructions for first-time installers, as well as 
for people who want to update their current installation. It should be 
organized a little better than before.

I hope this helps some people who may have been too confused to give CT a 
try.  Comments and suggestions appreciated!
