    A properly installed fence charger system is typically pretty benign. The 
main RF generating problems are: 1) poor ground at the charger and 2) plant 
growth across the fence wire. Since it's a new system, #2 probably won't apply. 
    Maybe you want to volunteer to help him install it to insure its 
reliability and proper installation. I'm not familiar with any specific units 
or their 
problems.
