D4B has a good ears! He was so easy on 160 m LP while some EU couldn't hear
me.
CT1BOH raised an interesting question. I always considered QRO being
cheaper and easier to build then big antennas. Especially on low bands. No
ERP limits, please.
I met W4AN at WRTC-1996, felt at WRTC-2002 that he was a victim of dotcom
colapse but never expected his sudden death. RIP Bill.
