Hi David et al,

The correct link is:

http://srr.ru/CONTEST/cq_m_4.php (in Russian)

I picked the main items from the rules. There are some special rules if you
want to get the R-150 award in the contest. The scoring looks strange, but this
is how its written.

GL,

zoli ha1ag

Date: 2nd fuill weekend of May (8-9 May 2004) between 1200 gmt Saturday and
12 GMT Sunday.
Bands: 160-10, no warc
Modes: cw, ssb
Classes: SOSB: A1 - only cw, A2 only SSB, A3 mixed
SOMB: B1 - only cw, B2 only SSB, B3 mixed, B4, QRP mixed (not more
than 5w, should use /QRP identifier), B5 LP mixed not more than 100W
         MOMB: C only one TX
         SWL: D
E, F, G: only for Russians. F should be fun (it is a sort of Sprint
type activity)

Multi-ops should obey 10-minutes rule, contacts conflicting with that should be
marked in the log.

Exchange: RS/RST + serial nr starting from 001

Points: QSO with stations from countries on the R-150 list "Ð-150-Ñ" 1 point.
QSO with other conties on the list 2 points, DX 3 points (I think this applies
logically to Russians).

Logs should go to cqm@hamsk.ru

The R-150 list is the DXCC list plus

- the republics of the Russian Federation (actually the RA-RZ, UA-UI prefixes+

I got the link to the rules in Russian and yours are definitely out of
date as the contest runs from 12z-12z now. See
http://www.qrz.ru/contest/detail/126 . Unfortunately the translator
doesn't seem to be able to display them.
