Not really. R1O Novaya Zemlja has a few residents, those calls maybe cab be
filtered out. Victoria is actually FJL where most FJL operations are taking
place from, Severnaya Zemlja had some residents in the past but not anymore,
the rest of UA0B's are vy rare (Uedeneniya was acivated once in the last 30
yars or so), nearly all UA0F stn's are from sakhalin, the other ua0f islands
are rare, especially the ones next to ja.
