[CQ-Contest] WPX CW Low Power Records

Hi gang

Does anyone know where the Low Power records for CQ WW WPX CW
are kept? I tried the WPX home page but they only have the World and
USA Low Power records. I am looking for the North American Low Power
Records.
I thought they may have been published in  " CQ CONTEST " magazine in 2000
perhaps? Unfortunately I lost those magazines in our move last fall.
