The easiest solution to your situation (if you are using TR-log) is to
simply
hit a key (I use F5) that you program to implement the "Exchange Radios"
command in TR.
 
Just change your amp settings and you are now running on your S&P
frequency.
Software makes all the frequency changes.
 
I am not a symmetrical person, so I do all my running on my bottom radio
and use my top radio (with remote tune knob) for all S&P.
