Hi Tim et al

If you are going to use it while not mobile, what I have found to work
great is to take a Hustler 80 meter antenna, loosen the resonator,
hook a 60 foot piece of wire (+/-) under the resonator, tighten it
back up, and throw the wire over a tree.  That gives great coverage of
80 with a low swr and greatly increased signal strength.  I used to
use that while camping for years.  73
