With the flux around 115 and conditions quiet, 10 meters will likely be open
for a couple of hours at the start of the contest. Last year, with similar
conditions, the band was open from W6 to much of the US (I worked TN, KY, PA,
IN, IL, and many more), but activity was very low. If you plan to get on for
NAQP tomorrow, please at least try 10 meters at the start. Don't assume that
because it is summer and the sunspots are low that the band won't be open...
