I respectulyy disagree with the point that packet is only a crutch for
handicapped, it can be instead a weapon.

I know about "winning" operators dealing hard to have internet it in
the most lost lands around the world, so it has to be worth for
something... isn't it?
Packet, similarly to other techniques (i.e. SO2R) requires skilled ops
who add something to owned skills.

If this isn't true, under the perspective of final score, the
prohibition of use in a single op unassisted is out of any
reasonability.

Out of the common sense is to look at final results where so-assisted
regularly score less than unassisted, and this fact sets two things:
-or the assisted op is an handicapped and packet is a crutch
-or it's not, and some unassited ops do use it.

Anyway, if packet were only a crutch, why do worry if someone uses and
someother not?
