YES, PRAISE AND THANKS!

..to those who volunteer behind the scenes and work so hard to make
the contest submissions and results work efficiently and effectively.

It seems that the only time some people say anything is when they want to 
complain and
criticize, often, what they don't understand.

Perhaps more of us could volunteer to help out where it is needed.
