OK, then. K4XS gets to check all WRTC logs against each other within 18
hours of the contest end and against all local entrants who can get
their paper logs to WRTC HQ within 30 minutes of the contest end and
again all others who FAX their paper log to the WRTC sponsor's special
long distance number within the same time limit. Who won, Bill?
Easy to determine a winner. I make a paper airplane from each summary sheet.
I then throw them. The one that goes the greatest distance wins. Decision
of the log checker is final.
I should still have plenty of time to go and have a few beers with the
