No, thanks.

Everyone on God's Green Earth knows about the emergency and whatever hams 
can contribute is minimal. New Orleans is not like some isolated town deep 
in the jungle with no communications. I've listened briefly to the 
'emergency' frequencies and heard no emergency traffic at all. I'm sure 
there must be some at times but it is not 24/7 like some would have you 
believe.

Let's just avoid frequencies in use like always and carry on.
