And a 24-hour DX contest with Sprint QSY rules would virtually assure 
that no casual ops would make any contacts.  You would have to have a 
LOT of dedicated contesters with knowledge of the rules to sustain the 
thing for 24 hours.  This would probably be as unreaslistic as the 
proposals that we require registration before the contest starts.  73,
