Ahhh, but it can...in a different venue...with ALL "Contesting" activities
via a central computer...no radios/antennas...only computers linked to "Big
Brother".
Picture Morse Runner on Super-Steroids and beyond, with very sophisticated
operational alogrithms ("playing field levelizer choices"), etc.,
etc. This has been on my mind for years now.
If ya wanna "hold a freq before a contest", that's cool...but it just might
cost ya points :-)
