During the KH8SI Swain's Island Dog and Pony show I listened to both sides
in my dual receive rig for quite some time. I heard the DX say "You in the
log" often without the calling station knowing because they were doubling
and even kept calling after the so called QSO. This really only happens in
the rarest of DXpeditions. These are not 2-Way legitimate QSOs. Without
the ARRL rules these people can peruse the log, find a QSO and get an
undeserved and unearned QSL card. Similar circumstances can happen in
extremely poor band conditions. I support this action by the ARRL!
