[CQ-Contest] Something worthwhile on ARRL web site

Check out the ARRL web site for a picture of a grinning W5OV (ex-WA2OVE) in 
connection with a story about NN3SI temporarily going QRT while the museum 
is renovated (makes no sense to me: we could have a 2-year long operation 
from the construction site.  Every crane could have a beam on top.)
