Nice to see somebody finally taking the ball and
running with it.  Seems like a better way to see if
the concept will work than a bunch of us (verbally)
fumbling around.

What about combining 1, 2, 5 and 6 and simply
reporting ERP per band, plus whether the antenna was
non-directional (N), bi-directional (B) (dipole and
its variants) or unidirectional (U) (yagis, phased
arrays, etc)?

ERP accounts for transmitter output, coax losses and
antenna gain.

These items (at least) might be reported as follows:

[Band]: [ERP][AntType][Height]
 
for example - 160: 250B60 (160m band, 250W ERP,
bidirectional, feedpoint 60 ft above ground...and so
on for each band used.

Just a thought.
