I didn't read over the report extremely closely, so I
may have missed this, but given that extra SSB
frequencies will be 3600-4000 and 7125-7300, how does
this affect the novice bands, which fall within those
ranges? Are novices going to be running CW at 200
watts in the SSB bands?
