An interesting -- and unique -- one is MDC.  It is one of the only ones where 
two separate "jurisdictions" (e.g. states, but in this case one is a state and 
one is a federal district,

I had at least 3 or 4    with a   ??3 XX   give me    MD for the exchange and I 
 changed this to  MDC  because I'm a  mind reader and they may not have been in 
the SS and didn't know the correct  Exchange..
