How much more "specific" can one be in communicating "VY1JA", "up 10kc" and 
"just" (who, where, when)?  That seems to meet the definition just shared, yet 
you believe that it does not?  :)

Definition: "Assistance" is an organized method by which other 
persons feed you specific information about specific stations
which are available for you to work in the ongoing contest,
with the intent to make it easier for you to find and work those 
specific stations.

This definition does not include vague and general statements like
"propagation is sure good to Africa on 40 meters this evening."

It also does not include casual passing comments on your operating QRG like "I 
just worked VY1JA up about 10Kc.”
