[CQ-Contest] Shipping radios to Russia prohibited?

         Are there any Russian members who can tell
me if there is any way around this?  A Russian ham
is interested in buying a used rig from me but I just
noticed the following in our postal regulations:

Prohibitions

Transmitters and transceivers of any power, except
Panasonic radiotelephones, models KX-T 7980,
KX-T9000, KT-T 9050,and KX-T90890.
