hitting on something but my 20M rate sucks...I wonder if 10 or 15 just opened?" 
 I defy ANYONE to not consider that assistance.

Ed,
Consider then that using your definition of "assistance", realtime scoreboards 
for single-band contests and single-band entries is fine.

otoh...no sponsor that I'm aware of defines assistance in this way so yours is 
a personal choice (which I certainly respect).
