[CQ-Contest] Small knobs: Simple (partial) fix

I put fat, white, rubber furniture tips (aka crutch tips) on the RIT 
controls of my ts-930 and icom 756pro. The former took one such tip 
(probably 5/8"); the latter needed a smaller black tip inside the fatter 
white one (likely also 5/8").
