[CQ-Contest] source for LDF5-50A connectors?

HI all:

I picked up some new LDF5-50A at a local hamfest and now I am looking for 
"real" connectors.

1.  Any suggestions on a source (other than full price)?

2.  Can I install these "by hand" or do I need a special tool?
