A name search at QRZ.com of "NU" (the postal code for Nunavut) returns
the following Canadian operators:

VY0AB Foreman Michael James P O BOX 300 POND INLET NU X0A 0S0
VY0AC Chubbs Adam E P O BOX 580 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0AW Whittaker Laurence Allan BOX 100 KUGLUKTUK NU X0B 0E0
VY0BC Chisholm William J BOX 2451 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0CF Shouldice Michael P O BOX 922 RANKIN INLET NU X0C 0G0
VY0DPH Hubbell Dennis Patrick BOX 102 ARCTIC BAY NU X0A 0A0
VY0DU Durey Orin BOX 38 BAKER LAKE NU X0C 0A0
VY0DX James Robert 143 MITTIMA STREET POND INLET NU X0A 0S0
VY0FB Clark Philip BOX 2005 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0GO McKay Brian PO BOX 565 RANKIN INLET NU X0C 0G0
VY0HL Horlick Larry L BOX 1082 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0HR Richards Hal BOX 1542 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0JP Punshon James P O BOX 477 RANKIN INLET NU X0C 0G0
VY0PB Baril Peter R BOX 87 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0PS Semotiuk Peter BOX 40 CAMBRIDGE BAY NU X0B 0C0
VY0SNO Horlick Larry L BOX 1082 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0YY Reid Garth P O BOX 2424 IQALUIT NU X0A 0H0
VY0RCM McMahon Ronald P O BOX 432 PANGNIRTING NU X0A 0R0

My guess is that these are all the non-expedition VY0s. VY0PW has a
callbook address, but it is in Saskatchewn (?). I also found this
expedition call sign in the QRZ.com database:

VF0X Nunavut Territory VY0 DXpedition 2007 IOTA NA 196 GRID FO06 CQ Zone 02
QSL via VE3IKV Green Stamps please

A search on DX Summit for "VY0" shows that the most active native VY0 on
HF in 2007 has been VY0AB.
