[CQ-Contest] new antenna at NQ4I

Sounds like quite a project, Rick...  Thinking about the pattern it certainly 
will be a DX antenna, but when you are trying to run all of Europe in a contest 
it is really a rifle shot antenna...  I will be interested to hear your 
expereince with it compared to a vertical stack...
