[CQ-Contest] Country file corrections for CQWW SSB?

I've heard of three changes to the contest country files from CQWW
SSB:

  ED5ON/6 (not EA5ON/6) is Baleric Is., EA6
  KW1W is Alaska, KL7
  MS0ZCG is Shetland, GM/s

Were there any other errors?  I'll re-issue the files later this week.
