[CQ-Contest] Realtime contest scoreboard upcoming events

The real time scoreboard at http://www.getscores.org will be running for at
least the following contests this month:

NAQP CW 1/12-13
NAQP SSB 1/19-20
CQ 160m CW 1/26-27

I am checking to see if it can be set up for multiple contests in a weekend
and if we can then add the ARRL Jan VHF contest and the BARTG Sprint which
seem like the next most interesting ones.
