Tonno, if you are in EU, then one of the tricks is simple. Do not hesitate to 
work mults below 1810. I tuned there only once and could have 2 more mults if I 
was not too shy (read "old fashioned").
With DX cluster archives available it is sooo easy to find who is not. Isn't it 
a law regulation the band in most EU countries is from 1810 up?
