You say what?
That should really get Bill Moore fired up. The rules are very specific
regarding
applications for DXCC.... QSO data on your cards is compared to the data
you
entered on your application. If you have successfully done it your way, you
must
have a close friend on the DXCC desk that's looking out for you.
