[CQ-Contest] SNS Tonight 80 and 40 Slow Speed Practice

0200z to 0215z SNS practice sprint tonight followed by the regular NS ladder
Sprint at 0230z.
 
Around 7040 and 3540, max speed of 23 WPM.
 
Great activity last week, let's keep it up.  
 
Call CQ newbies are listening getting up the nerve to participate.  Go slow
and remember to work stations a second (or third) time to get the rhythm
going.
