Mal,

The poll has already been screwed up:
I would revise to read:

1. Should false signal reports be done away with in contests?

2. Should false signal reports be required in contests?

3. Should true signal reports be required in contests?

4. Should all signal reports be done away with in contests?

I created a simple poll and placed it on my website. It is on the
opening
page just below "Links". It is a simple yes/no poll. It asks "Should
signal
reports be done away with in contests". It is not secure and can only be
used for reference only.
