I just set up an account with the USPS, and ordered stamps on line. Don't try to copy and paste your password in the confirmation field. On one page the phrase ZIP code is trademarked. ???? There is a $1.00 handling fee on all stamp orders (as cheap as driving to the post office. maybe cheaper). Delivery is by either Priority or First Class.
