My vote is for the ubiquitous PDF format. At least it
will  look as intended where ever it is opened...

The face lift will be nice and I suspect the potential
for some revenue flow is a big plus for the ARRL.
Maybe we will see more contesting in QST based on
"clicks" ;o)
