Another possibility would be to create a non-competing team of
middle-of-the-pack ops (possibly a couple guys who just missed out), set
them up with Skimmer in WRTC where they otherwise follow the same rules as
the competing teams and see how they do. All other things being equal, it
may prove interesting.
