And how! I constantly lobby people to enter their logs in PAQSO. This  
has been a bit of an issue since the sunspot cycle has been at the  
bottom, and 40 goes long, and people have trouble with relatively  
local in-state QSO's.  What some see is that they aren't having a lot  
of luck, and are maybe embarrassed by that, so they don't submit their  
log. Trouble was, everyone was in the same situation. I have a few  
counties every year that are won by the Op that does send in their  
log, yet if you look in everyone else's log, there were other stations  
in that county that worked a lot more stations.

As I've explained to a few Ops who thought they didn't deserve to win  
their county, there are two steps to winning - Operate, and send in  
the log - not just operate.
