In SS, all of the KH's count as the "Pacific" section. In the
Caribbean, Puerto Rico is a section and so is the Virgin Islands.
GUantanamo is not a section, but counts as VI.
In contests where states are mults, the Hawaii location is the mult, not
a KH callsign. Alaska is mult because of the location, not the callsign.
In CQ 160 KH6/7 and KL7 are country mults, not states according to the
contest rules.
Yes, it seems confusing but its not all that hard if you read the rules
and take the time to understand what the contest considers as a mult.
