This is the year of the ARRL Triple Play Award:

   http://www.arrl.org/awards/#tripleplay

As such, USA stations might find an increase in calls from other USA
stations, even though only DX counts for points. I suggest you log
them, and move on. Why?

- contesters are the best operators

- contesters are among the best electronic QSLers

- it's easier to "go with the flow" than wasting your
time explaining why you won't log them

- it's not in the ham spirit to "work" someone then not log it.

Remember, the contest is not just about winning, but it's also a public
relations exercise. The 0-pointer you log in February or March may
become a 2-pointer on a slow Sunday afternoon in November.
