[CQ-Contest] Lighthouse contest

The International Lighthouse-Lighship Week QSO Party is scheduled for August 1 
thru 9.  A new Yaesu FT-857D will be given as the prize in a RANDOM DRAWING of 
submitted logs.  Pre-registration is required.  See the ILLW web site at 
http://illw.org  or the contest site at  http://ialhp.org  for full details, 
rules, and logging requirements.  

The winner is NOT based on score.  Everyone that submits a valid log has an 
equal opportunity of winning the Yaesu.
 
Registration deadline is July 31st.
