I was dabbling in the IARU HF championship when my computer started thrashing.
When things had
stabilized, all contacts after 1800 UTC the previous evening had gone.

I suppose that in these circumstances, submitting a checklog would do more harm
than good. Is this
correct? Does IARU HF credit QSOs when no log has been submitted?

I understand that most contests do credit QSOs when there is no log. Which are
the most important
exceptions?
