[CQ-Contest] CQWW preparation : 2008 logs analysis

Hi!

To help with CQWW preparations i have put together a small application that 
parses all last year's logs, calculates QSO rates and aggregates it all up by 
time, band, zones and other parameters.

Reports are available online.
