I just updated wintelnetx on my web site, now its version 4.21. This one
includes a new feature to allow filtering skimmer spots to only pass CQ
spots to your logger. This will let skimmer operators run their skimmers to
log everything they hear, including non-cqing stations, and then allow
filtering by users. You put wintelnetx between the skimmer and your logger,
and maybe let it merge in spots from a cluster node at the same time.

Download from my free software page: http://www.k1ttt.net/software.html

Note that if you are interested in extending it or changing it to do
something else the source is also available. It is c++ written in VS 6.0.

There are also backups of other software tool sources on there to do a
variety of things like log data extraction, dsp, my own skimmer prototype
(soundcard and file input only), vrml model building, propagation
prediction, etc. A lot of it is pretty old now but may be interesting
starting point if you want to play with the ideas.
