Tonight, Week 9 of the NCCC Sprint Winter Ladder.   .plus the slower
version, SNS 30 mins earlier on 20, 40 and 80m.  Just one session remains
after this week.

SNS: Some changes: speed range now defined as 18-26 wpm.  Mike, W9RE,
suggests using 18 WPM for the first 10 minutes then increase as you see fit.


40 m frequencies (SNS and NSL):  Now best to use 7040-7047.  Thus:

20 m      14037-14043
40 m      7040-7047
80 m      3537-3543
