Hi Shane

Have you checked out Morse Runner?  That is a fun program that will let you 
run any speed you wish.  It's a freeware program and can be downloaded from 
http://www.dxatlas.com/MorseRunner/

You have to be careful, though, because it can get addictive :-)  73
