I recall this same issue from the RTTY Roundup.  If I understand the rules 
correctly for these ARRL contests,
this effectively rules out operating SO2R while using packet.  I am hoping that 
this will be something that league 
will ask the CAC to evaluate because it has never made sense to me.

I agree that a Single Op Assisted category is needed here.

I think I probably did - I wasn't serious in any case.  Maybe I'll 
ubmit as a check log to make the point that they need an Assisted category.
