For those active in this weekend ARRL DX contest.
Be aware that in many non USA countries there are restrictions on use of 
the 160m band.
Except for some exceptions below 1810 transmitting is not allowed. A lot 
of countries have a restriction above 1850.

Most countries have 1830-1850 in common. For USA stations this is the 
most effective part to call CQ. For the Europeans it would be helpful if 
those countries who do not have a restriction to keep out of 1830-1850 
and call CQ below or above that portion of the band.
