You should start the contest on ten meters at 1800Z.  If you are SO2R, then 
start on 10 & 15 meters.  If just one radio, start on
10, go to 15, go to 20, go to 40, go to 80, then go to 160 if you have an 
antenna.  Work always work yourself down in frequency as
time goes on.

eastern time zone, what's the suggestion for checking those bands during 
the upcoming NAQP?
