I agree that if the ARRL considers this multi-op (despite the fact that
it appears that Herb did not provide the specific types of assistance
listed in the rules as impermissible for a single-op entry) then the log
should be reclassified. If the ARRL wishes to uphold the DQ, at the
least they should waive the requirement that he is also DQed from next
