I think it's taking the elves at the LoTW server some time to chug through
all the data.

My total was stalled at a little over 100 for quite awhile, then one magic
morning it spurted up to where it matched my local logger calculation.  (but
quite a way short of your 2224!).

All this discussion got me curious....

I went to the LOTW site and downloaded an ADIF file of my 40,000 electronic 
confirmations.

Then I imported that into a new log file in DX4WIN. DX4WIN says I have 2224 
prefixes confirmed (Mixed).

LOTW says I have 373.

YMMV!
